1.       Terms and Conditions

1.1.    The following terms and conditions (the "Rules") govern the rights and obligations of HOSEL ROCKET LIMITED ("Company") and you. Hosel Rocket is the Indoor Golf and Club Fitter Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Center") operated by HOSEL ROCKET LIMITED.

 

2.       Conduct

2.1.    All members and guests must observe the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China at all times while they are within the premises of the Center.

 

2.2.    Members and guests entering the premises of the Center, using any facility of the Center, or participating in any activity organized by the Center do so at their own risk. The Center does not accept any liability or responsibility for any death or bodily injury sustained by any members and guests, unless and to the extent it is established that such death or injury is caused by the negligence of the Center or its staff.

 

2.3.    Any property brought onto the premises of the Center by members and guests shall remain at all times the entire risk of the individual. The Center shall be under no liability or responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage caused to such property, notwithstanding that such property shall have been entrusted to any Center staff.

 

2.4.    Members and guests shall be responsible for any loss or damage caused by them to any facility or property of the Center or to the property of any third party, as well as any death or personal injury caused by them. In the case of any loss or damage to the facilities or property of the Center, the Center shall be entitled to charge the costs of replacement or repair to the account of the members and guests.

 

2.5.    Members and guests shall indemnify the Center against all liability for or in respect of any injury to or death of any person or any loss or damage to property arising out of or in connection with any acts or omissions of the members and guests.

 

2.6.    The Company reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone for safety, health, and security reasons, and you agree to hold the Company and Center free and harmless from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from such refusal.

 

2.7.    All members and guests shall respect the comfort of other persons within the Center and keep the noise level to a minimum. All members and guests shall conduct themselves in a quiet, well-mannered fashion so as not to cause any disturbance that may interfere with the use and enjoyment of the facility by any other member. Profanity or indecent language and/or behavior will not be tolerated. Any conduct deemed by the Company, in its sole discretion, to be offensive, potentially harmful, dangerous, or abusive will not be tolerated and shall be grounds for a request to leave the Center.

 

2.8.    Smoking (including electronic cigarettes, shisha, and cigars) is not permitted.

 

2.9.    Selling or promoting any non-Company product or service without the Company's consent is prohibited.

 

2.10.No pets may be brought into the Center.

 

2.11.Children below the age of 12 should be under parental or coach guidance when using the facilities at the Center.

 

2.12.Consumption of alcoholic drinks is prohibited in the Center.

 

2.13.Illegal betting, gambling, drunkenness, bad language, or other misconduct are prohibited.

 

3.       Membership and Package Plans

3.1.    All membership and package plans must be purchased and paid in full at the Center.

 

3.2.    Once members have utilized all the sessions (hours) in their account, their corresponding membership and package plan will no longer be valid.

 

3.3.    Each membership and package plan has a validity period starting from the date of purchase. The specific duration of the validity period will be communicated at the time of purchase.

 

3.4.    All membership and package plans are non-assignable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Members are not permitted to lend their plans to others or allow them to be used by anyone else.

 

3.5.    Each membership and package plan is eligible to make advance bookings for a maximum of 1 golf simulator bay at a time.

 

3.6.    Membership and package plans are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to limit the number of memberships and packages sold and to modify or discontinue any plan at any time without prior notice.

 

3.7.    Any unused sessions or hours from a membership or package plan cannot be carried forward or transferred to a different plan or individual. They will expire at the end of the plan's validity period.

 

3.8.    Members are responsible for scheduling their sessions in advance and ensuring their availability. The Company does not guarantee the availability of specific time slots or golf simulator bays for bookings.

 

3.9.    In the event of unforeseen circumstances or maintenance issues that render a golf simulator bay unavailable, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative bay or reschedule the session. However, the Company does not guarantee the availability of alternative arrangements.

 

3.10.The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of membership and package plans, including pricing, benefits, and associated services, with prior notice to the members. Such modifications will apply to future purchases and renewals.

 

3.11.The Company reserves the right to revoke or suspend a membership or package plan without a refund if a member violates any rules or engages in any inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

 

4.       Indoor Golf Simulator

4.1.    The minimum reservation time for each golf simulator bay is 1 hour.

 

4.2.    Booking is done on a first-come, first-served basis via the online booking system and may only be made in the name of the members and guests who will be using the golf simulator bay.

 

4.3.    Each booking session will only be reserved for 10 minutes for members and guests to claim the golf simulator bay from their scheduled booking. After the 10-minute grace period, the booking shall lapse and be reallocated to members and guests who are on the waiting list.

 

4.4.    For safety reasons, the maximum capacity for each golf simulator bay in the Center is 2 people.

 

4.5.    The Center reserves the right to refuse entry to members and guests who are not wearing appropriate sports clothing.

 

4.6.    The minimum reservation time for each indoor golf simulator bay is 1 hour.

 

4.7.    Booking is done on a first-come, first-served basis via the online booking system and may only be made in the name of the members and guests who will be using the indoor golf simulator bay.

 

4.8.    Each booking session will only be reserved for 10 minutes for members and guests to claim the indoor golf simulator bay from their scheduled booking. After the 10-minute grace period, the booking shall lapse and be reallocated to members and guests who are on the waiting list.

 

4.9.    For safety reasons, the maximum capacity for each indoor golf simulator bay in the Center is 2 people.

 

4.10.The Company reserves the right to refuse entry to members and guests who are not wearing appropriate sports clothing.

 

5.       Club Fitting and Building

5.1.    Club fitting sessions are conducted by trained professionals at the Centre. During the fitting process, the staff will assess the customers' swing characteristics, body measurements, and other relevant factors to determine the optimal club specifications.

 

5.2.    The Centre will make its best efforts to provide accurate and reliable fitting recommendations. However, it is important to note that club fitting is a subjective process, and individual results may vary.

 

5.3.    The Company does not guarantee that the club fitting recommendations will result in improved performance or satisfaction. The customer acknowledges that the final selection and decision to purchase any golf clubs are their sole responsibility.

 

5.4.    The Company and Centre provide club building and repair services using professional tools and techniques. The staff will make reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of workmanship.

 

5.5.    The Company shall not be held liable for any damage or loss to golf clubs or other equipment during the club building or repair process. The customer acknowledges that certain risks are inherent in the club building process, and they assume full responsibility for any such risks.

 

5.6.    The completion time for club building and repair services may vary depending on factors such as workload and availability of materials. The Centre will provide an estimated completion time upon accepting the order.

 

5.7.    Payment for club fitting, building, and repair services must be made in full upfront, prior to the commencement of any services.

 

5.8.    Title and ownership of any golf clubs or equipment purchased or serviced at the Centre shall transfer to the customer upon receipt of full payment.

 

5.9.    The Company reserves the right to retain possession of any golf clubs or equipment until full payment is received.

 

5.10.Once a custom golf club order is placed, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the order cannot be changed, modified, or canceled. Custom golf clubs are specifically tailored to the customer's specifications and cannot be easily resold or repurposed. Therefore, the customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the specifications provided during the club fitting process. The customer acknowledges that any errors or inaccuracies in the specifications provided are their sole responsibility, and the Company and Centre shall not be held liable for any dissatisfaction or issues arising from such errors or inaccuracies.

 

5.11.The Company shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising out of the use of golf clubs or equipment purchased or serviced at the Centre. The customer assumes all risks associated with the use of such items.

 

5.12.In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with club fitting, building, or repair services.

 

5.13.The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if, in their professional judgment, the requested modifications or repairs pose a risk to the structural integrity or performance of the golf clubs or equipment.

 

5.14.The Company may use photographs or images of the custom-built clubs or repaired equipment for promotional or marketing purposes, while ensuring the anonymity of the customer, unless explicit consent is obtained.

 

6.       Refund Policy

6.1.    All sales made by the Company are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

 

6.2.    In the event of any exceptional circumstances where a refund may be deemed necessary, it will be at the sole discretion of the Company to determine whether a refund will be granted.

 

6.3.    Any request for a refund must be made in writing and submitted to the Company for review. The Company will assess each request on a case-by-case basis.

 

6.4.    The Company reserves the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet the criteria determined by the Company.

 

7.       Bad Weather Arrangements

7.1.    Under Amber and Red Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No.3 or below, all facilities will operate as usual.

 

7.2.    Operation hours during Black rainstorm or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above are subject to change. Please pay attention to the latest news released on our website and social media platforms.

 

8.       Privacy and Data Protection

8.1.    The Company respects customer privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

 

8.2.    Customer information collected during indoor golf simulator, club fitting, club building, and club repair services will be used solely for the purpose of providing the requested services and will not be shared with third parties without the customer's consent, except as required by law.

 

8.3.    The Company implements reasonable security measures to protect customer data, but the customer acknowledges that no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage method is entirely secure. The Company shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure of customer data.

 

9.       Others

9.1.    The Company reserves the right to adjust prices and rates from time to time.

 

9.2.    The Company reserves the right to use individual or group photographs of all visitors for press or promotional purposes.

 

9.3.    The Company reserves the right to adjust normal hours of operation or to close the Center for the purpose of cleaning, decorating, repairs, maintenance, or for special private functions and holidays.

 

9.4.    These Rules shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.

 

HOSEL ROCKET LIMITED reserves the right to change and amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

In case of any dispute, the decision of HOSEL ROCKET LIMITED shall be final.
